Common sole
It is a Galician fish that everyone should include in their weekly diet since it hardly has any fat and contains many essential proteins (up to 25 grams per 100 grams). In addition, the Galician Sole hardly has any bones, making it an ideal fish to introduce the smallest of the house to the world of fish.
The best way to prepare this fish from the Rias Baixas is grilled or fried, although it can also be done in the oven. When we cook it, it has white and smooth meat with a great flavor.
