Swordfish

Considered blue fish (because it has 5% fat in some of its life stages), the reality is that in most cases we are talking about specimens closer to white fish.

Quite lean and relatively dry, swordfish meat offers proteins of high biological value (about 20 grams per 100 grams of product) and only four grams of total fat, of which more than half correspond to unsaturated fats.

In a similar sense to other fish, swordfish is rich in phosphorus, potassium and magnesium, three fundamental minerals for the correct balance of fluids in our body or to reinforce bone health.

Due to its ease of consumption, good availability and assimilation, and its nutritional characteristics, we are talking about a perfect fish for all kinds of people.
